Integrated Pharmaceuticals Shareholders Elect Sally Johnson-Chin to the Board of Directors

FITCHBURG, Mass., Nov 12, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Integrated Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IntePharm) (OTC: INTP.PK) today announced the election of Sally Johnson-Chin to the Board of Directors at the Company's 2004 Annual Meeting. Ms. Johnson-Chin is Vice President of Finance and Administration of Oeschle International Advisors, LLC, a Boston based financial services management company. She has been with Oeschle International since 1999. Ms. Johnson-Chin received an MBA from Babson College, earned her CPA in Massachusetts in 1980, and has been an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP.

"Ms. Johnson-Chin brings financial expertise to the Board, which will be very helpful as we enter the next phase of our development. She has been an advisor to the Company since 2002, and has been very helpful in providing insights into the finance and capital markets. She was one of the earliest investors in the Company, and we are grateful for her continued support and service," said Chinmay Chatterjee, Ph.D., chairman and CEO of IntePharm. At the 2004 Annual Meeting, the shareholders also approved an increases in the number of shares of common stock covered by the Company's 2002 Stock Plan from 1.2 million to 1.6 million; and approved an amended and restated Articles of Incorporation.
