Integrated Pharmaceuticals Files with
SEC and Standard & Poor's

-- Integrated Pharmaceuticals, Inc (INTP.PK) announced today
that it has filed a Form 10SB registration statement with
the United States Securities Exchange Commission, which is
now available on the SEC's EDGAR website; it has sent an information
statement to market makers intended to comply with SEC rule
15c2-11; and its corporate information will be made available
via Standard & Poor's Market Access Program. The S&P program
is an information distribution service that enables subscribing
publicly traded companies to have their company information
disseminated to users of Standard & Poor's Advisor Insight.
If the Form 10SB becomes effective, IntePharm
will then be an SEC-reporting company under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934. As such, it will be required to file
quarterly financial statements, annual reports, and numerous
other filings with the SEC.
